Bus Delay of More Than 3 Hours
  • If the bus is delayed for more than 3 hours from the scheduled departure time, passengers can request a refund if they choose not to travel.
Trip Cancellation by SLRTransports
  • If a scheduled trip is canceled by us due to operational issues, passengers are entitled to a full refund.
Missed Connection Due to Delay
  • If a bus delay causes a passenger to miss an important event (e.g., flight, train, or conference), refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
🚫 Non-Refundable Cases:
  • Delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or unavoidable road conditions.
  • Passengers who choose to continue their journey despite the delay.
  • Last-minute cancellation requests not related to a delay or service failure.
